❖ ELEV8 POP UP PARTIES provides Inflatable Pop Up Tents in all areas within a 100 miles of Kannapolis NC.
❖ What Kinds of Surfaces Can Inflatable Tents Go On?
Inflatable pop up tents can go indoors and outdoors on grass and hard surfaces. Please note that the surface must not be sloped, and that tent stakes will be required to anchor the inflatable tent to the floor/ground, which will put holes in lawns and AstroTurf. In some cases sand bags or other security devices will be used to secure the inflatable tent. Please let us know about your intended location for the product, as outdoors on hard surfaces can be challenging.
❖ Do I Need to Do Anything to Prepare the Surface for the Inflatable Tent?
Please make sure you have adequate floor coverage area depending on the tent size you intend on renting from us. Your area should be at least 2 feet larger than the intended tent. The surface should be clean and free of sharp objects, any heat source and any protrusions that may damage the inflatable. Please clean up any animal waste or any other mess that would impede Elev8 Pop Up Parties from setting up for your event.
❖ Do You Need an Electricity Supply?
Yes, although we carry extension leads, we will need access to electricity. If you believe that this will be an issue, a generator can be provided at an extra cost - this will enable us to run the inflatable tents and additional equipment when there is no access to main power.
❖ Do You Set Up the Inflatable Tent?
Yes, our trained staff will set up the inflatable and secure it properly. This is for health and safety reasons and is a requirement of Elev8 Pop Up Parties.
❖ What Time Will My Party Supplies be Delivered?
We aim to deliver our products according to your schedule. We will discuss this further with you closer to your booking date. Typically, we arrive about 3 hours prior to your event to set up and make sure all equipment is operating as expected. Please let us know if you require specific collection and delivery times.
❖ Do You Take Last-Minute Bookings?

❖ Are There Any Rules for the Use of Inflatable Tents?
Please No food or drinks, No sharp objects, No face paints, No confetti, No silly string, No smoking within 10 feet, No heat (such as fires or gas/ electric heaters etc) of any kind with in 10 feet of the inflatable tent. In special cases such as cold weather events, gas or electric heaters can be used inside the inflatable tent. Depending on the size of tent that is rented and only when the equipment is provided by Elev8 Pop Up Parties and is agreed to in writing and signed by both parties.

❖ Public Liability Insurance?
You, the Client/ Lessee are responsible for any injury or damage occurring while the equipment is on your property. You are strongly advised to take out public liability insurance. The insurance covers the use of the inflatable/equipment while it is rented to you against injury, damage or loss caused. The Lessee or guests of the Lessee are not covered by our insurance, as it is impossible for us to insure you against your liabilities. In the unlikely event of injury or damage occurring, You should have full written details including, the name and address of the injured party and names and addresses of witnesses, circumstances of the accident must be recorded, and a copy sent toElev8PopUpParties@gmail.com
❖ How Long Does it Take to Inflate/Deflate/Pack up the Inflatable?
The Inflatable tent takes approximately 20 minutes to set up, and 20-30 minutes to take down. However, this is only an estimate and it depends on the type/size of Inflatable rented. Also, additional time is needed for all additional equipment. Set up could take up to two hours and take down around an hour to complete.
❖ Do You Set Up at Parks?
We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up at parks. The Lessee is responsible for reserving the area and obtaining any necessary permits prior to our delivery. Please make sure the park has an electrical hookup within 75 feet of your preferred area to power the blower and additional equipment. Please check with your park.
❖ Advisement for Underground Utilities?
Please note that our security stakes permeate into the ground around 10 inches. Please be aware of all underground utility locations for setting up our Inflatable Tents. Major utilities such as electric, water, gas, and sewer are far below ground and will not be affected. Shallow utilities such as cable, phone, internet and the like may become damaged if not marked and are the sole responsibility of the Lessee to have repaired at their cost should this occur.
❖ What Happens If Inclement Weather Occurs During the Event?
The Lessee is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is not used in inclement weather conditions. We try and work with the weather, but it does not always cooperate. Our tents are water resistant and can withstand rain for a short period of time. Should you find yourself in the middle of a thunderstorm or high winds over 15 miles per hour, it is the Lessee’s responsibility to move all electronic equipment to a safe place. It is also the responsibility of the Lessee to Shut off the inflatable tent. It is also very important that Elev8 Pop Up Parties be contacted immediately by texting or calling 1-704-778-5826 and notify them of the occurrence.
❖ Can I Cancel My Reservation?
Yes, We understand that plans sometimes change. We will accept cancellations up to two weeks prior to your event date with no fees and deposits returned. The deposits made, however, will not be returned if cancelling anytime with in the two week prior event date period.
❖ What Happens if There is Inclement Weather on the Day of the Event?
We try and work with the weather, but it does not always cooperate. Leading up to the reservation, Elev8 Pop Up Parties reserves the right to determine if the weather risk is too high or not. Such as in the event of high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms and lightning. If this happens, the customer will be given the option to either 1) receive a full refund, minus the initial deposit. 2) reschedule during an open slot in the future, or 3) do an equipment-only rental which includes our Bluetooth speaker, lighting system, and fog machine for an indoor setup. Delivery and collection times are subject to change if weather is not favorable.
❖ Can Strobe or Lazer Lights Cause Epilepsy
Epilepsy Warning - Flashing lights and strobe lights can potentially trigger seizures. Elev8 Pop Up Parties assumes no responsibility to anyone who may be injured from an epilepsy episode. Client/Lessee is solely responsible for making all guests aware of the potential medical issue.
❖ Can Fog Machines Cause Breathing Impairment?
We use fog machines in all of our Inflatable Tents unless requested otherwise.
According to the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ACAAI), fog machines are not entirely safe, especially for people with such breathing complications as asthma or COPD. However, the extent of the side effects produced depends on which liquid is used in the fog machine1. Prolonged exposure to glycol-based fog can trigger serious health issues, especially for people with existing breathing problems. These issues include severe breathing difficulties and airway resistance. Even if you do not have asthma or any other breathing problem, prolonged exposure to fog machines can cause bronchitis symptoms1.
If you experience any of these symptoms while using a fog machine or being in a room where it is being used: wheezing feeling or shortness of breath, difficulty breathing while talking or exertion (especially when breathing out), chest tightness, difficulty speaking, coughing and gasping for air. If you have asthma, these symptoms can be even worse, such as difficulty breathing at all even while laying down in bed.
